Length of aging: 3 months in bottles
Organoleptic features: bright cherry-colored wine, “La Bisbetica” traps the floral scents with fruity raspberry and cherry. The taste is striking for its flavor, a pleasant sour vein which makes it an intense and persistent flavor.
Service temperature: 12 – 14 °C
Coupling: excellent as an aperitif and to accompany fish and white meat
